Founders Packs

0:19 Soulframe Founders are four optional bundles on sale at soulframe.com since Nov 25, 2025, Wyld Tethren, Wyld Sirin, Wyld Oscelda and Paragon, and each gives instant Preludes access, friend codes, Arcs (the premium currency), Moonsteel Threads and a skin code for Warframe; they have no end date as of Oct 21, 2026, and Digital Extremes promises "at least 30 days notice before closing Founders". The Official Founders Showcase Trailer (Nov 25, 2025) shows the three Wyld champions in action: an armored warrior in red who sends out a wave of fire, a figure in gold armor, and a champion wreathed in green Magick, each fighting in misty meadows and ruins. Founders are not needed to play: the free weekly invites continue (How to Get Preludes Access), and once Open Preludes begins nobody will need an invite. The game itself is on Soulframe.

Price

Digital Extremes' Founders page shows prices in the buyer's local currency only, so there is no official US price list to quote. At launch, Lords of Gaming reported $30 for each Wyld bundle and $100 for Paragon (Nov 25, 2025), and GamingOnLinux reported £24.99 per Wyld bundle and £84.99 for Paragon (Nov 26, 2025). Read from the United Arab Emirates on Oct 20, 2026, the page showed AED 110.00 for each Wyld bundle and AED 369.00 for Paragon. Check the page logged in for your own price.

What each bundle contains

Every Wyld bundle has the same structure around a different Wyld Pact; Paragon has all three Pacts and more of everything. As listed on the Founders page (read Oct 20, 2026):

Wyld Tethren

Wyld Tethren "embodies the Virtue of Courage, with a warrior's heart that serves as both weapon and armour".

Wyld Sirin

Wyld Sirin is "ever with arrow ready-nocked, a Fey assassin without peer".

Wyld Oscelda

Wyld Oscelda "tended to the ailing in the first days of Alca, a Fey healer so renowned in the garden of Eldveil".

Paragon

Paragon lets you "Embody the Virtues of all three Wyld Pacts", and its greatsword is "chosen of the Empress".

Arcs are "Relic coins of the ancient Fey", Soulframe's premium currency, "typically acquired by purchasing with real-world money" (Free to Play and Arcs). Moonsteel Thread, "An invention of the Steelsinger Kane", is used for Bestitching, which moves the look of one piece of gear onto another. A Motif is a profile image, like a Warframe Glyph, and the Eternium Gardens are communal Fey gardens where each Founder's Bloom carries the Envoy's name "for all players to see". The Pacts themselves are on Pacts.

When and where to buy

0:11 Founders are sold only at soulframe.com, logged in to your account. In the "Founders FAQ with Steve and Sarah" (Nov 19, 2025), Steve Sinclair, Digital Extremes' CEO, answers "you go to soulframe.com, of course", says the site would be updated for it "on the 25th", and promises it would be available "for at least many months", with "lots of time in advance" before it ends: "We won't just yank it away." The Founders page now puts that at "at least 30 days notice"; there is no end date as of Oct 21, 2026.

2:10 Founders are not on Steam. Asked whether a pack can be bought on Steam or another platform, Sinclair answers "not for next week", since "the initial founders offering is going to be just through soulframe.com". The Founders page, read Oct 20, 2026, still says "Not at this time. Soulframe Founders is only available for purchase on PC through https://www.soulframe.com/en/founders." Steam has only a wishlist page for Soulframe.

Upgrades, more than one bundle, and gifts

1:31 You can buy more than one Wyld bundle or upgrade to Paragon later and pay only the difference. In the Founders FAQ video Sinclair says an upgrade will be "prorated, so we'll subtract the difference in the price", and that gifting was not possible at launch. The Founders page confirms both: "You'll only need to pay the difference", you receive no duplicate items, and "Gifting Founders bundles is not currently available", though Digital Extremes is "optimistic" about a later solution. Founders items cannot be traded or sold to other players, and individual items cannot be bought with Arcs.

What stays exclusive

3:19 Only the Paragon Greatsword stays exclusive to Founders, and even it can be shared later. Sinclair says in Nov 2025 that it "is the only one that has that exclusivity to that Paragon tier", and that a Paragon Founder will be able to make "a blueprint for other people to craft their own" with the Founder's name stamped into it. The Founders page puts it the same way: Paragon Founders will in time craft a version to gift, "marked with the Founder's name", while "Wyld Pact, Weapons, Talismans, and other items in Founders will be available again at a later date after Soulframe Founders ends."

Is it pay to win?

5:05 Digital Extremes has not made a "no pay to win" pledge in those words, as of Oct 21, 2026; what is sourced is what Founders contain and what the studio said about its shop. Founders add three Pacts and weapons that return to the game later, plus cosmetics, currency and access. In the Founders FAQ video Sarah Asselin raises players' "negative reactions" to a placeholder item shown for sale for Arcs at Zenith's Wares, the vendor, and Sinclair answers that he has "the ick" seeing it there, that it would not be in the Nov 2025 release, and that slot pricing would get a balance pass to pass "the icky camel spit test". Digital Extremes calls Founders "an optional purchase". See Free to Play and Arcs.

Consoles, regions and refunds

0:49 Console players will get their own chance. Sinclair says that when Soulframe launches on a new console platform, "we'll open up Founders again for a little window", because "We're kind of at a PC phase right now". The Founders page: "A version of Soulframe Founders will reopen for a time-limited window on new platforms when the time comes!" No console is named as of Oct 21, 2026 (Platforms).

Founders are sold worldwide except in Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donbas and Luhansk regions; players in Russia and Belarus can make accounts but cannot buy. The page warns that the game "may not yet be localized (voice and text) in your native language". A Founders purchase also unlocks a merch store (a T-shirt, a pin and an art card per collection, with a separate Paragon collection), and a refunded bundle cancels its merch order.

Does it carry over?

6:36 Founders items stay on your account, because Digital Extremes has promised no more account resets in Preludes. Asked whether a Founder could lose anything, Sinclair answers "we're not going to do any resets", adding that a reworked system may bring refunds of points or "like-for-like items" instead. The Founders page: "No, there will be no more account resets in Soulframe Preludes." Items appear in your inventory when you log in; friend codes and the Warframe skin codes are on your Account Management page at soulframe.com, the skin redeemed at warframe.com/promocode.
