Trailers

0:48 Soulframe's main trailer is the "TennoCon 2026 Official Warsongs Trailer" (Jul 11, 2026), the video on soulframe.com's home page, and its newest is the Preludes 16: Of Hook & Hound teaser (Sep 4, 2026), as of Oct 21, 2026. In the Warsongs trailer's closing stretch an archer fights in the rain outside a ruined building, a fighter in green-lit armor wades through foes in a ruined fortress, and a red-glowing weapon flares before the end card, which reads "Together, set them free" and asks viewers to wishlist on Steam. Digital Extremes has released trailers and teasers since the cinematic reveal of Jul 16, 2022, most on its Soulframe YouTube channel. Each is below, oldest first, with what it shows; the game itself is on Soulframe.

2022 and 2023: the reveal and the first gameplay

Soulframe was revealed on Jul 16, 2022 at TennoCon 2022 with a cinematic trailer, when Digital Extremes called it a free-to-play "action hybrid-MMORPG" in early development. The reveal's YouTube page could not be checked for this page and is not linked here; Destructoid reported in 2022 that it was age-restricted.

0:09 The first gameplay video is "Preludes: Gameplay" (Aug 27, 2023), the 31-minute TennoCon 2023 demo of a 2023 build. It opens on an armored knight holding a long sword that glows teal in a dim, green-lit place, then the title over an Envoy resting in a forest. The demo went on through a keep and the Dermak Undercity to a boss, and much of it has changed since; see Development History.

2024: Fey Pact, Gameplay Spotlights and "Coming in 2025"

Digital Extremes released "Preludes: Fey Pact", a gameplay trailer, on Mar 26, 2024, and "Preludes Gameplay Spotlight" videos around TennoCon 2024 (Jul 20) and gamescom that August.

0:06 The Dec 6, 2024 trailer, titled "Coming in 2025", is the reveal of Orengall, the Omen Shewolf, shown at the end of Devstream 3. A figure on a great wolf stands silhouetted on a ridge against a yellow sky; then an armored Envoy walks a forest beside a giant white wolf and fights red-armored foes with green Magick. Orengall joined the game with Preludes 8 in Jan 2025 as a Pact and a Fable (Omen Beasts, Pacts). Riding is not in the game yet, as of Oct 21, 2026 (Wolf Pup and Mounts).

2025: Bromius and Founders

0:06 The "TennoCon 2025 Preludes Spotlight" (Jul 19, 2025) teased The Waste Bear Fable. It opens on the words "Drink. Drink for family." over darkness, shows a figure hanging upside down among roots beside a bear-like shape, then switches to gameplay with the HUD on screen: an Envoy casting green Magick through a dark forest cave, and a bear overgrown with bronze growths. The bear is Bromius, the Arbearer, whose Fable came with Preludes 11 on Oct 8, 2025 (Fables and Quests).

0:23 The "Preludes - Official Founders Showcase Trailer" (Nov 25, 2025) launched Founders. Fighters in ornate armor battle among standing stones at a pink dusk beside a deer, wielding red, green and blue Magick, then fight in a ruin with green spells, and a rider crosses a meadow on a huge white wolf. The armor and Magick are those of the Wylds, the Fey champions behind the Founders Pacts (Founders Packs).

2026: The Duelo, Warsongs and Of Hook & Hound

0:06 The "Preludes 14: The Duelo Teaser" (Mar 28, 2026) is a quiet piece: a wrecked wooden ship on a sunlit shore, a figure seated on the wreck as a rapier rises beside it, then a lone figure walking the deck of a ship at sea. Its YouTube description reads "Wield the rapier Navalha as you discover the newest Ancestor in a brand new Fable", which is The Wreck of Mestra Carmo (Preludes 14, Apr 17, 2026; see Preludes Updates).

0:07 The "TennoCon 2026 Warsong Teaser" (Mar 28, 2026), shown around PAX East 2026, was the first look at Warsongs. A pale figure appears at the door of a white tent in the mist; a woman in white and gold armor holds a sword in a burning hall; a dark-haired Envoy with a glowing arm looks toward a castle under a green night sky, then sits astride a giant white wolf that howls and runs. The end card reads "Join us at TennoCon".

0:04 "Soulframe: Preludes - Official Gameplay Trailer" (Jun 5, 2026) premiered at Summer Game Fest; in Devstream 15 the team called it "kind of an intro reintroduction to Soulframe". Over gameplay of an Envoy kneeling by a fox among holed standing stones, an armored figure in a crystal cave, a caged wolf before a fire, Magick fights and an archer, a voice recites a short poem that ends "Find me, Faun. Or I'll find you!"; one line, "For wrath and doom and death are last", points to the Vespers of the coming Vadagar Pact. Its last shots show an Envoy with a huge white wolf and riding it across a meadow.

0:03 The "TennoLive 2026 Teaser" (Jul 4, 2026) announced the TennoCon demo. A pale figure stands at a white tent in the mist, a woman in gold armor waits in a firelit hall, and a bearded, bare-chested man with a red-marked arm weeps and turns toward a bright doorway where a bird lands. The end card says "Watch TennoCon on July 10-11".

The "TennoCon 2026 Official Warsongs Trailer" (Jul 11, 2026), described at the top of this page, followed the live demo; Digital Extremes' recap introduces Bayor as "an Envoy like yourself but sworn to Synod and the Ode". Warsongs is promised for fall 2026 and is not out yet, as of Oct 21, 2026 (Warsongs).

0:09 The "Preludes 16: Of Hook & Hound Teaser" (Sep 4, 2026), shown in Warframe's Devstream 197, is the newest trailer. Labeled segments show "Puppy Interactions" with a white wolf, "Fishing" at a green lake with the wolf at the Envoy's side, and "Dynamic Weather" over a burning field, then combat in a rainy fort with the wolf joining in. Preludes 16 arrived on Sep 18, 2026 (Preludes 16, Fishing).
